Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before shipment. Full refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Once the product is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged product, notify us within 24 hours at [email protected] with your order number, mobile number, and an image of the outer shipping label.
Important: An unboxing video showing the package being opened must be submitted along with your claim for damage or defect. This is mandatory for any refund or replacement requests.
After 24 hours, no replacement requests will be accepted. We will review the defect before processing a full refund or replacement.
