SHIPPING POLICY

We have different shipping channels like Shiprocket, DTDC, and India Post based on your shipping address. Please choose the relevant Shipping Channel while placing an Order.

In case you want to change the Shipping Channel selected due to any reason,  please let us know before the products are shipped.

Bask in Nature will have the final authority while deciding the most appropriate Shipping Channel for sending the order based on Price, Number of Days, and Availability of a Particular Shipping Channel for the Address given by the Customer.

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic orders normally arrive within 7-10 days of shipping. International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
